The CS-150 is a fully automatic machine that can decorate both body and shoulder areas of beverage bottles with color-to-color registration accuracy of ±0.2 mm; 2, 3 or 4 colors; and speeds up to 150 bottles per minute.

The CS-150 decorator represents the state of the art in high speed screen printing equipment with its carousel-style bottle steady, captured cam loader/unloader and non-contact squeegee safety system. Individual squeegee timing is controlled by means of a programmable controller which provides a highly responsive body and shoulder squeegee operation at each decorating station.

Accessories available for the CS-150 include the Electronic Color Dispenser, Stackers and Single Liners.

Carrier conveyor, four strand design, with chain covers and positive carrier tracking guides
Captive chuck carriers designed with easily adjustable finish holder with snap-on/off base cups
Individual precision stroke setting accomplished quickly with easy-access wheel
Pre-wired and pre-piped for easy installation of electrical and pneumatic service connections
Standard 15 HP on 2-3 color; 20 HP on 4 color; 230-460 volt drive motor can operate ancillary equipment for total tie-in (other voltages available)
Capable of using organic and inorganic colors
Mechanical overload protection with pin point panel mounted indicating lights
