Strutz CLS-175 Decorator for Larger Containers

The CLS-175 is the second machine in our line of new generation decorators utilizing precision cams and high performance synchronous belts to convey carriers. This revolutionary design eliminates chain stretch, metal-to-metal contact, tension adjustments or the need for lubrication. It features smooth continuous operation with low maintenance. The CLS-175 decorator was specifically designed to accommodate larger beverage containers (see tables below) with color-to-color registration accuracy of +/- 0.2 mm and speeds up to 175 bpm. They are available in left-to-right or right-to-left configuration to optimize floor space and manpower when multiple decorators are used.
